About Bradley

Born and raised in Flora, Clay County, Illinois, Bradley is familiar with the lifestyle and legal needs of those in Southern Illinois. He obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees in Carbondale, Illinois at Southern Illinois University. Upon graduating from law school, Bradley began his work at Unsell, Schattnik & Phillips, P.C. in 2016 as an associate attorney. In 2023, Bradley became a partner at our firm. Since becoming an attorney, Bradley has litigated numerous cases with a focus on personal injury and workers’ compensation. He also defends municipalities and law enforcement in civil rights litigation. Bradley has secured multiple decisions for his clients in both state and federal courts and has received favorable appellate decisions in both Illinois state court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Bradley enjoys spending his free time watching the latest Chicago Cubs game, fishing in the local lakes, and outdoors hunting during deer season in Southern Illinois.
