Bradley D. Bonner pursued a career as a professional mediator after a 20-year civil litigation practice, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He observed that litigation often created more problems than it solved, causing emotional and financial strain. He found mediation to be a more empowering process, leading to fair settlements and client satisfaction. In 2012, he dedicated himself full-time to mediation, training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School and the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School.
