Brad Smith is a Senior Partner with Galfand Berger, LLP, advocating for injured workers, consumers, and victims of negligence. He has recovered over $44 million for clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine every year since 2018, he also serves on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Civil Litigation Council and is Editor-in-Chief of its Newsletter. Brad successfully argued an appeal at the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in Bourgeois v. Snow Time, Inc.
