Branden Huckstep

About Branden

Prior to joining the team of personal injury attorneys at The Advocates, Branden Huckstep created a successful legal career representing clients in a variety of areas of civil litigation including business and construction law, real estate law, landlord-tenant law, and family law. Branden was born and raised in the Treasure Valley, where he and his wife have chosen to settle and raise a family of their own. Prior to law school, Branden graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. While attending law school, Branden was a law clerk for an immigration and personal injury practice in the Boise area. Branden is admitted to practice in the state of Idaho and before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. When Branden is not in the office, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his wife, camping in Idaho’s beautiful outdoors, and motorcycle riding.
