About Brandon
Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University in 1997, graduating with honors, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans in 2001, also graduating with honors and as a member of Law Review. He has practiced law for 22 years, with a focus on environmental law and maritime law. Brandon spent several years working on cases related to the BP oil spill. Along with the other members of the firm, he worked to successfully represent hundreds of persons and entities impacted by the oil spill. In addition, he has worked on several other oil spills that impacted hundreds of plaintiffs along the Gulf Coast and he currently represents Glynn County for damages sustained by the County in connection with the capsizing of the Golden Ray. Along with the rest of the firm, Brandon is currently focusing on representing hundreds of public entities for damages sustained through the use of PFAS based products with a focus on damages caused by the use of AFFF. Brandon is a member of the Louisiana Association for Justice and past president of the Plaquemines Parish Bar Association. He has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He has served as a board member for the Plaquemines Association of Business and Industry, the YMCA Belle Chasse and the Plaquemines Medical Center Board of Commissioners. He resides with his wife and two daughters in Belle Chasse, Louisiana.
