Brandon C. Zaratti serves as Of Counsel and Head of the Criminal Law Practice at C.Y. Lee Legal Group, PLLC. He focuses on defending individuals charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses, particularly DWI, controlled substances, and assault cases. He also leads the firm’s civil appellate practice. Prior to joining the firm, he was a felony prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and worked with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, contributing to civil litigation and drafting appellate briefs. He also interned for Justice Jerry Zimmerer on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals.
