About Brendan

Brendan is an experienced personal injury lawyer that handles a wide range of cases from wrongful death, premises liability, car accidents and products liability. He has successfully guided hundreds of clients through their injury cases to help them get their lives back on track. Prior to joining Fleming Law, Brendan worked at Husch Blackwell, LLP, a large national law firm, representing commercial banks, private equity firms and business owners in complex finance, corporate, and real estate transactions. A Houston native, Brendan is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas and obtained his law degree from South Texas College of Law, graduating cum laude and in the top 15% of his class. Mr. Fleming received his MBA from Baylor University, and BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
