About Brenna

Brenna Grasz is a born and raised Nebraskan. Brenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Colorado Christian University. She returned to Nebraska to attend the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she served as the Online Editor for the Nebraska Law Review and worked as a law clerk for Keating O’Gara. She was awarded a Juris Doctor with high distinction in 2019 and was admitted to practice law in Nebraska state and federal courts. Brenna joined the firm after a judicial clerkship with the Nebraska Supreme Court for Justice Jonathan J. Papik. Her legal practice includes appellate litigation and election and constitutional law, in addition to transactional-related matters like estate planning and probate, for- and non-profit entity and church formation and advisement, and other business and real estate needs. At the office, Brenna’s passion is guiding her clients through legal matters in a way that provides clients with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind throughout the process. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, extended family, and church community.
