About Brent
Brent Hazzard graduated the University of Mississippi with an accounting degree in 1996, and a law degree in 1999. He began his legal career representing individuals for employment discrimination and civil rights violations. In 2004, he was hired as a Special Assistant Attorney General for Mississippi, prosecuting civil actions against Microsoft and an illegal vitamin cartel, leading to significant settlements. He also served as an Assistant Hinds County Prosecutor and was selected for the Litigation Committee of the $2.67 billion settlement in In re: Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2013.
