About Brent

Brent Kaplan, an Atlanta native, has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 1983. He is a trial lawyer with extensive experience in property insurance coverage, bad-faith claims, disputes under comprehensive general liability policies, personal injury cases (including wrongful death, product liability, and medical negligence), and commercial cases. He has served as both lead trial and appellate counsel throughout the country and is a certified mediator.
