Brian A. Karle

About Brian

Brian Karle is a partner at Ball Eggleston and has been with the firm since 2015. Brian is experienced in representing clients in a variety of areas, including personal injury, real estate, business & corporate, landlord-tenant, civil litigation, and appeals. Brian is a lifelong Hoosier, having grown up in Montgomery County, Indiana. He attended Purdue University and earned a degree in Economics from the Krannert School of Business. Brian attended law school at Indiana University - Indianapolis, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Review and graduated summa cum laude. Before joining Ball Eggleston, Brian completed a two-year judicial clerkship with Judge Margret Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals. During his time with Ball Eggleston, Brian has litigated over 150 appeals and presented oral arguments before the Indiana Supreme Court and Indiana Court of Appeals. He has been recognized by Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Stars and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the areas of appellate practice, real estate, and corporate law. Brian is an adjunct instructor at Purdue University, teaching courses in Constitutional Law and Legal Writing, and he serves as a member of the Indiana Board of Law Examiners by appointment of the Indiana Supreme Court. In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing golf, supporting Purdue athletics, and spending time with his wife and two young children.
