About Brian
Brian B. Horan has been a Bergen County resident for several years after living in Hoboken, New Jersey. Mr. Horan graduated from Indiana University, where he received a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1996, and earned a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 2000. After graduating from Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Horan began his legal career at a Bergen County plaintiff’s firm, representing clients in personal injury and other civil litigation matters from inception to trial. Mr. Horan also worked at a New York City insurance defense firm, where he gained valuable experience and insight into how defense counsel and insurance companies strategize in personal injury cases. Since joining Fusco & Macaluso, L.L.C. IN 2019 Mr. Horan continues to be an aggressive and zealous advocate for his clients in a wide range of cases, ranging from automobile and slip and fall accidents to dram shop liability and hostile workplace cases. Mr. Horan is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey and New York and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
