About Brian
Brian Brophy is a civil litigation and criminal defense attorney with over 20 years of experience. He has a strong record of trial victories, settlements, and pre-trial dispositions, and has helped numerous clients avoid litigation or criminal charges. Mr. Brophy practices before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, representing clients at all stages of the legal process. He has been recognized in various 'Best of' listings, is AV Preeminent peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell, and named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers organization. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School and a presenter for educational programs for lawyers. Prior to law school, he was a high school teacher and coach.
