About Brian
Brian C. Stewart is a litigation attorney at Parker & McConkie, Personal Injury Lawyers. Brian has devoted his legal practice and career to representing people and families injured in accidents. He believes in the importance of helping injured people restore their lives and recover what they have lost through no fault of their own. Brian takes this responsibility personally. His own father died as a result of defective and dangerous products produced and used by companies that prioritized profits over people. He has also experienced firsthand the difficulties of injury, surgery, chronic pain, and the struggles of recovery that many of his clients have suffered. He believes we are all better off when we work with compassion and concern toward valuing and protecting the lives, well-being, and safety of our community. Brian has successfully represented persons seriously impacted by all types of accidents and injuries, including auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, industrial accidents, falls, dog bites, burns, defective products, brain injuries, scarring, amputation, paralysis, and wrongful death. Brian is committed to doing everything necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for each individual and family he represents. He believes that honesty and good communication are key to his partnership with each client. During his career, Brian has recovered many millions of dollars for clients with serious injuries. He has extensive experience in all aspects of case strategy, negotiating with insurance companies, and conducting complex litigation, arbitration, and trial. His clients can feel confident that Brian has the knowledge, experience, and passion necessary to win his case. Brian graduated from Utah State University, business school at the University of Utah, and law school at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has taught finance and law-related courses as adjunct faculty at Westminster College and the University of Utah. Brian also worked as a judicial law clerk for Utah State District Courts and at the Utah Supreme Court. He lives in Salt Lake City with his wife, Kelly, and their four wonderful children.
