In 2024, Michael Green and Brian won a record-setting medical malpractice verdict of $26.2 million, the largest medical malpractice verdict in the history of Sonoma County. Brian’s entire legal career has been dedicated to representing people who have been harmed by others throughout California. Brian has experience in a wide array of cases involving product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, trucking collisions, public entities, and traumatic brain injuries. Brian has extensive experience in elder abuse cases against nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Brian has unique, personal knowledge in the nursing home and assisted living industries, as his family operated several nursing homes in California for over 75 years. Brian utilizes that background to quickly evaluate potential elder abuse cases against those types of facilities.
