Brian Gonsalves is an attorney and real estate broker licensed in California and Nevada, with over 20 years of experience in the North Lake Tahoe area. He specializes in litigation and real estate, representing clients in civil litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative boards. His litigation experience includes negligence, fraud, personal injury, breach of contract, title disputes, and construction defect. As a licensed real estate broker, he handles transactions and advises on landlord/tenant matters. Brian also serves as a Major and JAG for the Nevada Army National Guard, leading the Trial Defense Service team and was named Trial Defense Attorney of the Year for the Pacific Region in 2018.
