About Brian

Brian J. Esposito is the founder of Esposito Law Firm, focusing on representing victims of auto accidents and wrongful death claims, as well as criminal defense. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008 after earning his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. His experience includes working for an insurance defense firm, which gives him insight into defending against accident victims, and serving as a Criminal Defense attorney in the Seventh Judicial Circuit. He is known for his aggressive approach and willingness to go to trial. Brian is also a co-founder of the University of South Florida’s Legal Aid Clinic and a coach for the Special Olympics.
