Brian N. DiGiacomo has experience in all aspects of criminal law and has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 as one of the best criminal defense trial lawyers in the state. He began his legal career as an Assistant Prosecutor and Special Deputy Attorney General in Morris County, New Jersey, serving for over 12 years. During his service, he was assigned to the Major Crimes Unit and prosecuted various cases including murder, vehicular homicide, robbery, theft, sexual offenses, stalking, fraud, official misconduct, drug offenses, assault, larceny offenses, motor vehicle offenses, weapons offenses, and juvenile offenses. Mr. DiGiacomo also instructed at the Morris County Police and Fire Academy on New Jersey Penal Code and Use of Force. He continues to represent clients in criminal law and personal injury matters. He has extensive knowledge of DWI laws in New Jersey and has successfully represented clients in Municipal, Superior, and Federal Courts. Mr. DiGiacomo received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University in 1998.
