About Brian

Brian Zielinski is an experienced litigation attorney, whose law practice has emphasized civil litigation and workers’ compensation law. Brian practiced law at a large firm in Sioux Falls for several years before joining Ribstein & Hogan Law Firm in 2021. Brian has handled cases throughout South Dakota’s administrative agencies and trial courts, as well as appeals to the South Dakota Supreme Court. Brian grew up in northwest suburban Chicago. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Carthage College (Kenosha, Wisconsin), where he earned degrees in economics and marketing. Brian earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law in 2014. During law school, Brian was a member of the MSU International Law Review and MSU Legal Clinic. Following law school, Brian practiced law in Michigan for two years, before relocating to Brookings in 2017. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his growing family.
