
About Brock
Brock Stiles, born in 1960, is a seasoned attorney who began practicing law in Sedro-Woolley in June 1986. He holds a political science degree from the University of Washington (1982) and a Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law (1985). He has served as Public Defender for the Town of Concrete (1987-2004), Sedro-Woolley Civil Service Examiner (2001-2015), and has been the Sedro-Woolley Municipal Court Judge since 2015. Brock has held presidential roles in numerous community organizations including Sedro-Woolley Loggerodeo, Skagit County Community Action Agency, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Sedro-Woolley Youth Orchestra, Sedro-Woolley Schools Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, and Sedro-Woolley Rotary. He also served as Rotary District 5050 Assistant Governor and chaired the Skagit County Bar Association Liberty Bell Award Committee and Sedro-Woolley School Levy Election Committee.
