About Brooke
Brooke Kenney is a trial lawyer dedicated to fighting for individuals whose lives have been changed by the wrongdoing of others. Brooke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she served as Input Editor of the Idaho Law Review. Before law school, Brooke earned her degree from the University of Alabama (“Roll Tide”), where she double majored in marketing and geography, with a minor in environmental science. Brooke devotes her practice to representing injured clients and has a passion for guiding people through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. She serves on the board of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and was honored in both 2024 and 2025 as a “Top 40 Under 40” Plaintiff’s Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Outside the courtroom, Brooke embraces her Idaho roots. She is an avid skier, fly fisher, and mountain biker, and enjoys hiking the Boise foothills with her husband and their two hunting dogs.
