Bryan McCarthy is an attorney dedicated to helping those accused of misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses throughout Central Florida. He has worked as an attorney in private practice and as a public defender, allowing him to represent hundreds of people in complex criminal cases with confidence. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida State University in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2010. He began his legal career in private practice in New York before returning to Florida, where he served as a public defender in Brevard County. This hands-on courtroom experience gave him a deep understanding of the local legal system and the challenges individuals face after an arrest. Today, Bryan combines his background in both prosecution and defense environments to deliver aggressive, strategic representation for clients charged with misdemeanors, felonies, and DUI offenses across Central Florida. His mission is simple - to safeguard his clients’ futures and ensure their voices are heard in court. He has over 15 years of experience and has earned professional recognition for his commitment to his clients.
