C. David Durkee

C. David Durkee is a Florida-born and Miami-raised litigator with over 25 years of experience. He has successfully tried cases for both plaintiff and defense, obtaining several million-dollar verdicts. He began his law career in 1991 as a law clerk and became licensed in Florida in 1994. He co-founded Roberts & Durkee in 2001, focusing on civil matters like medical malpractice, personal injury, and class actions, including the 'Chinese Drywall' case.
