About C.

Russ is a partner with Agee Clymer who concentrates his practice in Workers’ Compensation and Litigation as well as Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS), and State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS) disability benefits. He is the coordinator of the Jackson branch office of Agee Clymer and holds hours at that office on a weekly basis. Russ is a native of Urbana, OH and he graduated from Urbana High School in 1984. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1988. Law school was completed in 1991 at Ohio Northern University. Russ enjoys all things outdoors and loves spending time at his log cabin in southern Ohio. Additionally, Russ is married to his high school sweet heart. He and Monica have been blessed with five children, of which two are adopted.
