About Cacilla

Cacilla Greene is the Director of Operations at Davis Bozeman Johnson Law. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, focusing on driving efficiency, improving client experience, and implementing proven success strategies. Cacilla is a proud Howard Bison, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Political Science and her Juris Doctorate from the School of Law. She worked as a Labor and Employment law attorney in Missouri, Illinois, and New York before transitioning to Operations and acting as a Senior Human Resources Executive for the past 12 years. Besides her professional pursuits, Cacilla has also been actively involved in community service. She served on the Board of Directors for the West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban League of the River Valley in Columbus. Cacilla takes great pride in being a mother of three: Attorney Reginald Greene, Jr., Graphic Artist Emanuel Greene, and published poet Kianna Greene.
