Cara Gallucci, a retired attorney, practiced personal injury law for d’Oliveira & Associates for over 30 years. She now works part-time as a claims adjuster, assisting attorneys in securing top-dollar settlements for clients in various offices across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She graduated from Boston College in 1988 and Suffolk University Law School in 1991. Her legal career began with experience at a personal injury firm during law school, followed by a clerkship for the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and a period at an insurance defense firm before joining d’Oliveira & Associates in 1995. Paul d’Oliveira trained her in meticulous case review and preparation. She enjoys helping clients navigate legal challenges, from securing Social Security Disability benefits to achieving favorable auto accident settlements. A significant challenge in her career was obtaining Social Security Disability benefits for younger individuals.
