Carl M. Ippolito is Of Counsel to the firm, based in Lawrenceville, NJ. He assists businesses, individuals, and families with tax issues, estate & financial planning, succession planning, and representation before taxing authorities. He also counsels clients in real estate law, including transactions, land use, commercial lending, and landlord-tenant law. He represents corporations, small and medium businesses, developers, and institutional end-users in real property and land use matters. Carl graduated from The University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 1982, Vermont Law School in 1987, and earned his MBA from Rider University in 1988. He also received an LLM in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in 1996.
