Carl Richard Schiffman, Esq. received his Juris Doctorate degree from the The Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Duquesne University in 1976 and is the senior partner in the law firm of Schiffman Firm, LLC. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including product liability and personal injury cases. Mr. Schiffman is a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyer of Allegheny County and is a member and past Board of Governors appointee of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He has served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers and as President of the Duquesne Law Alumni Association. Carl R. Schiffman has been selected yearly as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by his peers since 2005. Since 2007, Attorney Schiffman has continually been named as one of Pittsburgh’s top Fifty Super Lawyers. Since 2008, Carl Schiffman has continually been named as a top One Hundred Pennsylvania Super Lawyer. Carl R. Schiffman has successfully settled and litigated multiple cases for multimillion-dollar results.
