
About Carlisle
Carlisle concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning and charitable planned giving. He counsels clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, asset protection, charitable giving, business succession and taxes. Carlisle is a board member and the current Vice President of the Planned Giving Council of Mid-South, the local chapter of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, which provides education and networking opportunities to professionals, advisors and non-profit organizations. He is also an associate member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, a non-profit educational organization founded by prominent estate, trust, tax and business attorneys from around the United States. Carlisle has presented locally for professional audiences in various National Business Institute seminars related to trusts and estates and the University of Mississippi’s Mid-South Conference on Estate Planning. Carlisle also frequently conducts seminars on asset protection planning, retirement planning, estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, and estate and trust administration.
