Carmen Durso is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, MA, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 1st Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served as an Assistant Attorney General, Town Counsel for multiple towns, and an Instructor at New England School of Law. For the past 30 years, his practice has primarily focused on sexual abuse litigation, representing victims in various contexts including clergy abuse, abuse by parents/relatives, medical examination abuse, and Title IX claims.
