About Carol

Carol McCullough was previously a partner with her father at the prestigious firm of McCullough and Eisenberg LLC for over 28 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law. Carol joined Young Marr Mallis and Associates in 2023, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy and complex consumer litigation. She has a track record of success in class action litigation against mortgage companies, credit card companies, debt buyers, collection agencies, and insurance companies. Carol is known for her client-centric approach and her tenacity in representing individuals in challenging bankruptcy and consumer matters. Additionally, she possesses extensive experience in probate and estate cases and has served as a guest panelist on numerous consumer bankruptcy issues. Outside of her legal practice, Carol resides with her family in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She is an avid exercise and fitness enthusiast, engaging in daily workouts. She also has a passion for music and sports, which she enjoys in her spare time.
