About Caroline

Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family exploring the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest. From backpacking and skiing in the mountains to digging razor clams at the coast, Caroline cherishes time spent in nature. At home, Caroline loves to tend an abundant flower and vegetable garden and a flock of chickens. With four children and a love of cooking, Caroline is often found baking sourdough bread and making balanced meals for her family. Caroline focuses her legal practice on helping people through the life transitions of divorce and related family law matters. In addition, Caroline helps people with the legal aspects of the loss of loved one, through her probate and estate administration practice, and helps families put plans into place for their estates and other unexpected life events through her estate planning practice. With a holistic view of legal matters, Caroline’s practice emphasizes informing clients about their legal rights and obligations, and reducing conflict and stress. As an advocate of non-adversarial resolution, including collaborative law and mediation, Caroline helps her clients maintain control and be involved in the legal process. Caroline’s goal in family law is for her clients to reach fair agreements to help families transition to a secure, predictable future, without court intervention.
