About Casey
Casey Fitzgerald has over a decade of experience in the legal industry. Casey began her legal career as a legal assistant, representing survivors of child sexual abuse. She obtained her Paralegal certification from Chicago State University in 2017 and eventually became an associate attorney in our Boise office in 2025. She has been involved in every aspect of running a successful law firm, providing practical legal advice to clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life. Her practice primarily focuses on Civil Litigation, Business Transactions, Real Estate, Family Law, and child sexual abuse. Casey is a fifth-generation Idahoan. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Idaho College of Law in 2025, following her completion of a degree in Psychological Sciences from Boise State University in 2020. While in law school, Casey externed with the Honorable Chief Judge Jessica Lorello at the Idaho Court of Appeals in Boise. Additionally, Casey was a finalist in the statewide McNichol’s Moot Court competition. Advocating for others is something she is incredibly passionate about. Casey adheres to a single principle she learned from her prestigious mentors long ago. Do the right thing for the client, and everything else will work out as it should.
