Cassandra A. Rodríguez is the founding partner of Rodriguez & Porter, Ltd. She earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Spanish Studies and minoring in Philosophy. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Cassandra is licensed to practice law in Ohio, the federal immigration courts (Executive Office of Immigration Review), and the Southern District Federal Court. Her practice focuses on immigration law, including family immigration and deportation defense, as well as criminal law, traffic law, federal criminal law, personal injury, wrongful death, and wills. She has successfully handled complex immigration cases, including I-601 and I-601a provisional waivers, Asylum, and Cancellation of Removal cases, and has won jury trials for serious criminal charges. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and local bar associations.
