For over 25 years, Chad M. Roggeman has been in the private practice of law, providing personable and specialized estate planning for clients. He also represents individuals and fiduciaries in the administration of estates, trusts, guardianships, and conservatorships. A significant part of his practice is advising private and family business owners in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships and acting as general counsel for these businesses. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer (including up to 2025) and a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics.
