Chad Nally is a partner at Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP, where he focuses on landlords’ rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and real estate disputes. He represents businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial foreclosures and evictions. His practice also includes guiding creditors through bankruptcy cases, protecting their rights and maximizing recoveries. Chad is actively involved in the Northwest Indiana legal community and values the role of strong local institutions. He supports organizations like Porter-Starke Services, a nonprofit providing essential mental health and addiction recovery services to individuals and families in the region. Outside of his legal practice, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children.
