About Chantal
Chantal A. Thibodeau, K.C. is originally from Campbellton, New Brunswick. She spent the first 22 years of her practice as an insurance defense counsel before deciding to pursue her career representing injured victims. She has appeared before all levels of court in New Brunswick, as well as before the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2017, she was appointed Queen’s Counsel. She was also named by her peers as Lawyer of the Year - Moncton in Insurance Law in 2022 and Lawyer of the Year - Moncton in Personal Injury Litigation in 2023. Her personal and professional background allows her to have a unique perspective on personal injury litigation and to represent her clients efficiently and with care and empathy. Chantal is married and the mother of two children.
