Building upon a background of maritime and commercial litigation, Mr. Nunmaker practices in the commercial, insurance, environmental, mineral law and admiralty fields. His experience includes the representation of surety interests in a number of contexts, including public and private works act claims, fidelity claims, bankruptcy claims and actions, and actions for extra-contractual damages. He has also been involved in the legacy litigation defense of mineral servitude interests against landowner claims of environmental damage. Other experience includes railroad and electric utility defense, asbestosis claim and toxic tort defense, and maritime personal injury, allision and collision, cargo, insurance and finance litigation, including vessel lien and foreclosure actions.
