Charles “Chip” Becker is a partner at Kline & Specter, PC, primarily responsible for the firm’s post-trial and appellate practice. He has presented arguments in all of Pennsylvania's appellate courts, New Jersey and Delaware appellate courts, and multiple federal circuit courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.
