About Charles

Charles (“Chas”) W. Miller is an attorney at Isaacs & Isaacs, with over 27 years of experience. He graduated cum laude from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1997, after attending Western Kentucky University. Charles began his career as a civil defense attorney before opening his own firm in 2000 to represent injured individuals. He was appointed Executive Director for the Office of Administrative Hearings for the Kentucky Public Protection Cabinet in March 2024. His practice areas include medical and hospital negligence, nursing home negligence, trucking and auto accidents, slip and fall claims, sexual harassment claims, employment discrimination, and civil rights actions. He is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana and has received numerous awards and recognitions, including an AV Preeminent® Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and being named a SuperLawyer.
