Attorney Charles P. Efstration, III, known as Chuck, is the founding partner of Efstration Law Firm. He is licensed to practice in Georgia courts, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Chuck graduated from the University of Georgia and Mercer Law School. His legal career began as a Gwinnett County Assistant District Attorney, and he now focuses on family law and criminal defense in private practice. He is a former president of the Gwinnett County Bar Association, a former commissioner on the Judicial Nominating Commission, and has served as a State Representative since 2013, currently holding the position of Majority Leader.
