Charles 'Tony' Piccuta is the founder and lead trial attorney at Piccuta Law Group, LLP. He is licensed in Arizona, California, Illinois, and Nevada, having passed all bar exams on the first try. He graduated with honors from Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law in 2006 and Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo in 2001. Tony has a proven track record of successful results, including multi-million dollar settlements and jury verdicts in personal injury and civil rights cases. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers for six years straight (2013-2018) and achieved a Martindale Hubble AV Preeminent rating in 2019. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice, National Police Accountability Project, Arizona Association for Justice, Maricopa County Bar Association, and Scottsdale Bar Association. He is also a cancer-survivor, triathlete, author, husband, father, and step-father.
