Charles W. Garbett is 'Of Counsel' with Luxenberg, Garbett, Kelly and George, P.C. He is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in various areas of personal injury law, including Medical Malpractice, Automobile Accidents, Slip and Fall, Road Defects, Nursing Home Neglect, Dog Bites, Motorcycle Accidents, Aviation Accidents, and Probate & Estate Admin. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1975 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court since 1991.
