Chase Brockstedt is the lead partner of the firm’s Injury Litigation Department and co-chair of its Mass Tort and Class Action Practice. He advocates for injured individuals, with extensive experience in complex injury and environmental cases. His litigation successes include a $13 million jury verdict in a nursing home negligence case and numerous million-dollar recoveries. He served as Co-Lead Counsel in an environmental contamination case against Mountaire Corporation ($205 million settlement) and as Class Counsel in the Bradley/Beebe pediatric sex abuse class action ($123 million settlement).
