About Chelsea
Chelsea is a litigation attorney who practices insurance defense, construction law, and commercial litigation. Prior to practicing civil law, Chelsea was a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 1st Judicial District (Jefferson County) where she was assigned to both District and County Courts. After her stint as a DDA, Chelsea practiced divorce and family law and handled complex financial cases. Chelsea is a skilled litigator, winning more than 40 jury trials over the course of her tenure as a DDA. While in law school, Chelsea worked as a law clerk in the Office of the District Attorney for both the 18th and 20th Judicial Districts. Chelsea received her J.D. from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2018. At law school she was a member of D.U.’s highly-rated National Trial Team, where she excelled in a variety of regional and national trial competitions, including the Hoffman Cup competition, where she was a Championship Finalist in 2016 and 2017 and was named Best Advocate in 2017.
