Chris Beacham is an attorney at Henson Fuerst, specializing in eminent domain and complex litigation. Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, he is passionate about helping his community. Chris has litigated personal injury, civil rights, contract, construction, and land condemnation cases in both state and federal courts. After working as a land condemnation litigator for the NC Department of Justice, he now represents property owners against the government. He is currently a Co-Chair of the American Association for Justice’s Land Condemnation Litigation Group and is dedicated to ensuring fair treatment and compensation for individuals and businesses affected by land takings.
