Christian Gunn-Schinker focuses her practice on intellectual property, family law, and estate planning. She previously worked for an intellectual property law firm for nearly six years before joining The Gunn Firm, LLC in 2012. She counsels clients on trademark matters, including prosecution, infringement, and licensing, and has handled hundreds of federal and state trademark applications. She also has experience in family law (adoption, guardianship, divorce, visitation, custody, support) and estate planning (wills and trusts). She received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2003 and her B.S.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of Arkansas in 2000. She is admitted to the State of Arkansas, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit, and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
