About Christopher

Chris Morello is an associate in the Providence office, handling matters in special education law, education law, and receiverships. Chris brings with him over 25 years of practical experience in the education field and is known for his ability to zealously advocate for clients and communicate effectively. During law school and over the past 25 years, he taught high school English and middle school special education. He was known as a skilled collaborator and problem-solver with a passion for teaching and helping students with intellectual disabilities. He worked as a law clerk in the firm from June of 2023 to May of 2024. Chris graduated cum laude from the evening program at New England Law | Boston, where he was a Sandra Day O’Connor Scholar. He also served as Executive Articles Editor for the New England Law Review, is a three-time recipient of the New England Scholar Award, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Mediation for achieving the top grade in the course. Chris volunteers his time helping Rhode Island Special Olympics with their unified programs and is a volunteer youth soccer coach in the city of Cranston.
