Christopher L. Kuehn became a lawyer to help people accused of criminal wrongdoing, having co-founded the Michigan Innocence Project as a law student. He developed a criminal law practice and later opened his own firm in 2005. He also handles family law cases, prioritizing the well-being of children. In 2011, he partnered with John Murphy and Paul Volbrecht, and later established a family practice with his step-son, Anthony. He is known for his creative approach to legal problems, seeking effective and affordable solutions for clients, particularly in drug cases where he avoids requiring clients to become informants. He is the only member of the NORML Legal Committee in Walworth County, WI.
