
About Christopher
Christopher P. Mullaney graduated Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and President of the American Trial Lawyers Association. He also holds a degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College. Mr. Mullaney practices in criminal, civil, business, real estate, family, and orphan’ Court matters, serving Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Chester, and Lehigh counties. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His practice also includes elder law, estate planning, and family-related issues. Before becoming a general law attorney, he served as an Adult Probation and Parole Officer for 9 years, an Assistant Supervisor, and a Pennsylvania State Constable for 13 years. He was also an NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and Police Instructor. During law school, he interned at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and later served as an Assistant District Attorney in the major crimes and narcotics unit. He is active in several legal associations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and The Montgomery County Estate Planning Council.
